Installing the Front Wheels
Note: This procedure is only needed for Model No.
07252TC.
1. Remove the fasteners securing the wheels.
2. Remove the shipping bracket from the spindles.
3. Apply Loctite (blue) to the screw threads.
4. Mount the wheels with the previously removed
fasteners (Fig. 3) and torque the bolts to 135–165 ft.-lb.
(183–224 Nm)

Installing the Steering Wheel
Note: This procedure is only needed for Model No.
07252TC.
1. Remove the nut and lock washer from the steering
shaft.
2. Slide the steering wheel and washer onto the shaft.
Position the steering wheel on the shaft so that the cross
beam is horizontal when the tires are pointed straight
ahead and the thicker spoke of the steering wheel is
downward.
3. Secure the steering wheel to the shaft with the nut
(Fig. 4).

Installing the Bumper
Note: This procedure is only needed for Model No.
07252TC.
1. Remove the 2 bolts, washers, and nuts secured to the
front of the frame.
2. Align the mounting holes and secure the bumper to the
frame with the fasteners previously removed (Fig. 5).
