3. Presione a o b despliegue el menú de V-CHIP.
4. Use los botones de Channel Number (del 0 al 9) para ingresar su
código de PIN.
Si está accediendo los menús de V-Chip por primera vez, seleccione
un número de cuatro dígitos para que sea su código de PIN. Presione
ENTER. Aparecerá el menú de BLOQEO.
5. Podrá habilitar ahora el bloqueo. Vea “Bloqueando programas por
clasificación” (debajo), “Bloqueando los canales” (página 19),
“Para cambiar su código de PIN” (debajo), o “Bloqueando
películas no clasificadas o programas” (página 19).
Para cambiar su código de PIN:
1. Presione MENU, luego presione a o b despliegue el menú de
OPTION.
2. Presione c o d para resaltar V-CHIP.
3. Presione a o b despliegue el menú de V-CHIP.
4. Use los botones de Channel Number (del 0 al 9) para ingresar su
código de PIN. Presione ENTER. Aparecerá el menú de
BLOQEO.
5. Presione c o d para resaltar NUEVO CODIGO y presione a o b
despliegue el menú de NUEVO CODIGO.
6. Use los botones de Channel Number (del 0 al 9) para ingresar un
nuevo código. Presione ENTER.
7. Presione EXIT para regresar a la vista normal.
Bloqueando programas por clasificación
La Asociación de Películas de América (MPAA - Motion Picture
Association of America) usa un sistema de clasificación para calificar
el contenido de la película. Los locutores de televisión también
emplean un sistema de clasificación para calificar el contenido de los
programas televisivos. Las clasificaciones de MPAA, Youth TV y la
televisión trabajan con la función del Chip V y le permite bloquear los
programas según los límites de clasificación que usted establezca.
Nota:
Si se olvida de su código de PIN, presione
RECALL cuatro veces dentro de cinco
segundos del menú de V-CHIP. Esto le
permitirá proceder al menú de BLOQEO y
restablecerá su código de PIN.
