Using USB Cables (Windows 98 & 2000)
To enable importing of images on the PDR-M60 to your personal computer, the PDR-M60 must be connected to
your personal computer by USB cable.
When you connect the PDR-M60 to your personal computer by USB cable, the connection can only be made with
both the PDR-M60 and your personal computer turned ON. The PDR-M60 Mode Dial must be turned to the PC
Connection Setting for the computer to recognize the camera USB connection.
Connectable personal computer: Windows 98/2000 pre-installed machine
IMPORTANT
If the camera’s power is turned OFF while image data is being transferred to the PC, the data may be damaged. When
the PDR-M60 is connected to the personal computer, use the AC adapter.
When the camera is in the [
] PC mode, the Auto Power OFF function does not work.
Connect the small end of the USB cable to the DIGITAL terminal on the PDR-M60.
Connect the large end of the USB cable to the USB
port on your personal computer.
