- Create a new menu
- Add cook settings manually
- Change a group name

- Open oven preview
- Export to smart card
- Import from smart card
- Export menu to PDF
3. Briefl y explain ChefComm Limited.
- “Read-and-transfer only” version of
ChefComm Pro.
- Helps ensure oven settings are easy to
distribute globally, while ensuring that they
will not be altered.
Culinary Support
1. Explain TurboChef ’s process for providing
culinary support.
2. Inform trainees that they can email
chefs@turbochef.com for general culinary
questions.
Oven Disassembly and Explanation
For each oven, explain the following for all
components:
- What the function is
- How to clean it
- What chemicals to clean it with
- How to order replacement parts
