Enter the basic setting, press the button slightly under "Baud Rate" to locate to the baud rate setting, and
rotate the encoder knob or use the numerical keyboard to set the baud rate.
Note: The setting range of baud rate is 9600~115200.
Communication Protocol and Address
(1) UDP6900 series includes the communication protocol of SPCI, Modbus and Multi-SCPI Modbus.
(2) The specified protocol refer to Modbus programming manual and SCPI programming manual.
(3) Enter the “Communication Settings” under the “System Settings” interface, click on the “Communication
Protocol” button and rotate the encoder knob to switch and select a protocol.
(4) The communication address can set to 1~32. Address 0 is used to broadcast (only valid in the protocol of
Multi-SCPI and Modbus).
(5) Click on the ESC key to exit the parameter settings.
Network Settings
Network Settings Interface
Enter the system settings interface after the above operation is set, press the button slightly under
"Network Settings" to locate to the network settings, and use the numerical keyboard to input the parameter
and press the save key.
Notes
i. The network settings won’t take effect immediately after setting. It will be effected after press the
Save key and prompt “The storage is successful.”
ii. When DHCP displays on, the network address and other parameters are not editable. And the DHCP
will be refresh updated when the address is assigned.
