Connect the charger to a
power supply

inserted correctly into

into the charger, see

Hearing aids do not light
up in the charger
Unplug the charger with the
hearing aids inserted, and
plug the charger back in
again
Charge contacts are not
clean
Clean charging contacts
using cleaning brush or cloth

Please read the relevant safety information and
limitations-of-use information on the following
pages before using your hearing aid and
charging accessories.
Intended use
Hearing aid: The hearing aid is intended to
amplify and transmit sound to the ear and
thereby compensate for impaired hearing.
Tinnitus feature: The Tinnitus feature is
intended for use by people with tinnitus
who also desire amplication. It provides
supplementary noise stimulation which can
help defocus the user`s attention from their
tinnitus.
Charging accessories: The chargers are
intended to charge the battery of the
rechargeable hearing aid. The Power Pack
is intended to allow the compatible charger
to recharge the battery of the rechargeable
hearing aid when no external power source is
available.
