During maintenance / repairs,
the parts used must be able
to guarantee compliance
with the safety and hygiene
requirements envisaged
for the device. Original
replacement parts can offer
this guarantee.
After the repair or
replacement of any
components of parts that
come into contact with food
or water, it is necessary
to carry out the washing
procedure as described in
this manual or according
to the manufacturer’s
instructions.
SITUATION CAUSE EFFECT SOLUTION
The machine does not deliver
coffee.
If the doser doesn’t send out its set
commands within the first three
seconds from delivery onset.
If the delivery isn’t manually
halted, the maximum time limit
(120 seconds) will be blocked.
Interrupt delivery.
Water is not loaded into the
boiler.
If after 90 seconds from the
beginning, with the pump inserted
during the auto-level, the level
has not been reset, or within 180
seconds if the auto-level function
is disabled.
The pump, the resistor and all the
functions will be halted.
Turn the machine off and contact
the Technical Service.
