Changing the air filters
Remove the air filter cover. Remove the old air filters
(loosen hose clamp and tur n air filter housing to
change inner filter). Clean the air filters cover/housing
if necessary. Take care not to allow impur ities to en-
ter the engine. Fit the new air filters and the air filter
cover.
IMPORTANT! Scrap the old filters. It must not
be cleaned.
Inlet manifold. Checking the drain hole
Water can condense in the aftercooler dur ing ope-
ration. The condensate is drained via a hole in the
charge air cooler.
Check that the drain hole is not blocked.
WARNING! If a large amount of water flows out
of the drain hole, from the inlet manifold, the af-
tercooler must be removed and proof tested.
