Bringing out of storage
● Check oil level in the engine and the drive-unit.
Top up if necessary. If there is inhibiting oil in the
system drain and fill with new oil, change oil filter.
For correct oil grade: See the chapter “Technical
Data”.
● Drain the antifreeze from the seawater system.
● Install the impeller in the seawater pump. Replace
if the old one looks worn. Please refer to the Sea
Water System chapter.
● Close/tighten drain cocks/plugs.
● Check the tension and condition of the drive
belts.
● Check the condition of rubber hoses and tighten
hose clamps.
● Check engine coolant level and antifreeze protec-
tion. Top up if necessary.
● Connect the fully charged batteries.
● Paint the hull, please refer to “Painting the under-
water hull”.
● Check the sacrificial anode on the drive-unit. If
there is less than 2/3 of the anode left it must be
replaced. Clean with emery cloth just before the
boat is launched.
IMPORTANT! Do not use a wire brush or other
steel tools when cleaning, as these may dam-
age the galvanic protection.
● Install propellers.
● Launch the boat. Check for leaks.
● Start the engine. Check that there are no fuel,
engine coolant or exhaust gas leaks and that all
control functions are operating.
