4. Insert the envelopes into the paper tray, and adjust the paper guides to fit the sheets.
■ Place the side to be printed faceup with the top of the sheets entering first.
■ Slide the paper guides to the size of the envelope.
5. In the printer driver, select either Envelopes as the paper type or Tray as the paper tray.
Printing Envelopes from the Manual Feed Slot
1. In the case of Monarch, insert the envelopes with the side to be printed facedown.
2. Slide the paper guides to the size of the envelope.
3. If necessary, press the paper guides inward to fit the envelope.
