Copy Features
The WorkCentre 7232/7242 MFP series is capable of supporting the daily copying
volumes of busy small offices and workgroups. Black-and-white output speeds of up to
32 and 40 ppm, respectively, give you options for right-sizing MFP performance for your
monthly copy volumes; an 10 ppm color copy speed will satisfy your occasional color
requirements. The optional 75-page DADF automatically scans two-sided originals at
speeds up to 50 ipm black-and-white and 45 ipm color, quickly processing your multipage
copy jobs.
A rich set of copy features enables your employees to create ready-to-distribute hard cop-
ies. Copy feature highlights include:
ID Card Copy — scan in both sides of an ID card and prints it faceup on a single sheet •

Automatic booklet creation — create booklets by, for example, printing four letter-size •

organization’s specific needs. Black-and-white print speeds of up to 32 or 40 ppm handle
your average daily print jobs quickly, with convenient color printing capabilities of up to
10 ppm to handle your occasional color jobs.
