You can enable auto redial to redial the phone number automatically when the called
party is busy. You can also configure the times settings for auto redial and the time to
wait between redial attempts.
To configure auto redial via phone user interface:
1. Press .
2. Select Features->Auto Redial.
3. Press or to select Enable from the Auto Redial field.
4. Enter the desired time in the Interval field.
The default time interval is 10s.
5. Enter the desired times in the Times field.
The default times are 10.
6. Press to accept the change.
Auto redial is configurable via web user interface at the path Features->General
Information.
To use auto redial:
When the called party is busy, the following prompt will appear on the LCD screen of the
phone:
1. Press to activate auto redial. The following prompt will appear on the LCD
screen of the phone:
2. Wait for a period of time or press to redial the phone number.
The phone will retry as many times as configured until the called party is idle.
