WARRANTY
Thank you for purchasing ZEUS 3000, the VR gaming controller.
This warranty is provided to you as an original end user of ZEUS 3000 by “Scale Models LLC” located at: Republic of Belarus, Minsk,
Partizansky Ave – 23A, premise 1H, office 48. The warranty is provided to you personally and cannot be used by any other person. This
warranty is an addition to your legal rights of the buyer (provided by the relevant legislation) and in no way violates them.
“Scale Models LLC” guarantees that ZEUS 3000, including the components shipped with it in the original box, are free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").
In case of malfunction the product will be repaired or replaced if defects are found due to defects in materials or workmanship within 1 (one)
year from the date of original purchase. The warranty period is 3 (three) months or the period remaining from the original warranty period.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. If you need to make a claim under this Warranty, please contact «Scale Models LLC» Technical Support at info@zeus3000.com for further
instructions.
2. This Warranty is valid if:
1) you can provide an original receipt, invoice or other document confirming the purchase (with a purchase date and a seller company name),
and the Warranty period has not expired;
2) there are no indications of any attempt to open, disassemble or modify the product.
3. Under this Warranty “Scale Models LLC” at its sole discretion may repair or replace a product or any component within 21 days after
receiving a Product. Any product, accessory, part or component that is replaced under the terms of this Warranty becomes the property of
“Scale Models”
