Activating Location Services
To use location-related applications, such as finding your
location on Google Maps™, you must have location services
turned on on your Spro.
1. Touch the Home Key > > Settings > Location
access.
2. Slide the Access to my location switch at the top to turn
location services on or off.
3. When location access is enabled, select the following
location options you want to use.
X Check Wi-Fi to use Wi-Fi networks to determine your
approximate location.
X Check Location & Google search to let Google apps
access your location and use your location to improve
search results and other services.
NOTE:
To let Google apps such as Maps, Local and Navigation
access your location, Location & Google search should be
checked.
