for life from the date of purchase against defects in
materials or workmanship.
Please fill in the enclosed Warranty Card and return
it to Roche Diagnostics Limited.
Our liability is explicitly limited to the elimination of
demonstrable manufacturing defects. This guarantee
is rendered invalid if the instrument has been
improperly operated or otherwise tampered with.
The guarantee period is not affected by any claim
made under this guarantee.
If you have a claim under this guarantee, please
return the Accu-Chek Softclix Finger Pricker together
