How to Turn On and Turn Off the Holding
Cabinet
Before you begin The holding cabinet must be connected to electric power.
Turning on the
holding cabinet
To turn on the holding cabinet, do the following.
Step Action
1. Set the power switch to the ON (l) position a.
The holding cabinet is now on.
Turning off the
holding cabinet
To turn off the holding cabinet, do the following.

2. Set the power switch to the OFF (0) position.
