Use basic stand with mount-
ing pieces. The basic stand
and its accessories are avail-
able through your authorized
BMW Motorrad retailer.
Insert mounting pins 1 at left
and right in front suspension.
Turn in the bracket 1 with the
long sides facing the inside.
Adjust the mounting pieces 2
to the width of the pins in-
serted into the front suspen-
sion.
Adjust height of front wheel
stand until front wheel can be
turned freely.
Attach the front wheel stand to
the front suspension and press
it on the ground evenly.
Engine oil
Checking engine oil level
The oil level varies with
the temperature of the
oil. The higher the temperature,
the higher the level of oil in the
