Remove the valve cap
from Air Damping System
valve 1.
Pull tube 2 out of the handle
of the pump and pivot it for-
ward.
Turn hose 2 counter-
clockwise to back it as far
as possible out of threaded
adapter 3.
Connect threaded adapter 3
to valve 4, allowing the
pump to turn with the
adapter.
The pneumatic pump now
has an airtight connection
to the valve.
Turn hose 2 clockwise to
screw it as far as possible
into threaded adapter 3.
The valve is now open.
Pressurise the Air Damping
System as per the guideline
values below.

6.5 bar (Person weighing
80 kg)
One-up
7.5 bar (Person weighing
100 kg)
