3. Product description
3.1 Application
Maintenance-free batteries and standard batteries, as well
as greatly discharged batteries, can be charged with the
BML 2415. You can charge the batteries both when ins-
talled in the vehicle, or when in the dismantled condition.
The planned areas for using the BML 2415 are the
automotive workshop, testing station, gas station and
battery trade.
i BML 2415 is solely suitable for the charging of
perfect standard and maintenance-free plumbic acid
batteries with nominal capacities of 12 Ah up to a
maximum of 180 Ah and a nominal voltage of 12
Volts and 24 Volts.

3.3 Important information about the
charger
¶ The charger must be placed on a level, firm surface.
¶ The location must be sufficiently stable. Bear in
mind the weight of the device and of the battery that
is to be charged.
¶ Safeguard the charger against moisture and wetness.
¶ Do not cover the charger. Ensure that there is at
least 15 cm free space on all sides of the charger to
allow the air to circulate freely.
