Photo E shows the lift with an incorrect Unfold/Down
microswitch setting which prevents the platform from
fully unfolding (stop blocks not making full contact with
vertical arms). Adjust microswitches as outlined on
page 37.
The bridge plate should be positioned so that the
outboard edge rests solidly on the platform UHMW
slides when at floor level as shown in Photo F. With
these conditions met, slightly raise or lower platform to
provide a smooth (level) transition between the plat-
form, bridge plate and the base plate (shown in Photo
F). Photo G shows lift with the Up/Fold microswitch
set too low which causes a gap between bridge plate
and platform.

All Lift Models
Microswitches should be
adjusted so that the
platform is fully unfolded
allowing the stop blocks to
make full contact with the
inboard vertical edge of
the vertical arms (see
Photo D). Failure to do
so can damage the lift.
