[A] Work clamp lifter mechanism (1)
1) Insert the presser bar@ into the presser bar bush 0. Pass the presser bar lifter @),the cushion 0 and the
presser bar clamp 0 through the presser bar@ in that order.
2) Secure the presser bar clamp 0 with the screw.
3) Insert the spring® and the spring guide 6 into the arm from the top and attach the screw@.
NOTE: Adjust the nut @ so that there is 25 mm distance between the adjust screw @ top and the machine
top, then secure it.
4) Pass intermittent presser arm (F) ® through spreader shaft bushes (L) and (R) ID, then insert it into
presser arm
(R)@.
5) Attach the intermittent link assembly @to the arm with the stud screw, and to the presser bar lifter @)
with the stop ring.
