Guiding the Fabric
Simply guide the fabric with your fingers in front of the presser foot as
shown in fig.A. Do not pull the fabric; let the machine do the work.
If you pull the fabric, the needle may either bend or break.
However, when sewing on special fabrics, such as tricot, crepes, knits,
etc., we recommend that you support the fabric both in front and in
back of the presser foot with a little tension as shown in fig. B.

Guider le tissu
Guider simplement le tissu avec les doigts à lavant du pied-de-biche
comme lindique la fig.A. Ne pas tirer sur le tissu; laisser la machine le
faire.
Si lon tire sur le tissu, laiguille pourrait se tordre ou se casser.
Toutefois, lors de la couture de tissu spéciaux, tels les tricots, crêpes,
lainages, etc. il est conseillé de maintenir le tissu à lavant et à larrière
du pied-de-biche en appliquant une tension légère comme lindique
la fig. B.
Cómo guiar la tela
No hay que tirar del tejido; deje que la máquina lo alimente sola. Sólo
hay que guiar el tejido con los dedos por delante del prensatelas, tal
como indica la fig. A.
Si tira del tejido, la aguja puede doblarse o romperse.
Sin embargo, si cose en tejidos especiales como prendas de punto o
tricot, crespón, etc. le recomendamos sujetar el tejido delante y de-
trás del prensatelas y mantener una ligera tensión como indica la
fig. B.
Guiando o Tecido
Simplesmente conduza o tecido com os seus dedos na frente do pé calcador
tal como mostra a fig.A. Não puxe o tecido; deixe que a máquina faça o
trabalho.
Caso puxe o tecido, a agulha poderá se curvar ou quebrar.
Entretanto, quando for costurar em tecidos especiais, tais como tricô, cre-
pes, malhas, etc., recomendamos apoiar o tecido tanto na frente quanto atrás
do pé calcador com um pouco de tensão, tal como mostra a fig . B.
