1. Symbols are electrical representation only.
2. To be wired in accordance with National
Electric N.E.C. and local codes.
3. Use copper conductors only. Use conductors
suitable for at least 75ºC (167ºF). Use 18 AWG
wires with 2/64” insulation minimum. For wires
longer than 50 ft. use 16 AWG wires.
4. If any of the original wire, as supplied must
be replaced, use the same or equivalent wire.
5. Check all electrical connections inside kit for
tightness.

1. Do not use thermostat wire for any connection between indoor and outdoor units.
2. All connections between indoor and outdoor units must be as shown. The connections are sensitive to polarity and will result in a fault code.
