SAFETY
FIG. 8: Use caution when you are refueling a tractor. Do
not smoke while you are refueling a tractor. Do not refuel
a tractor near open flames or sparks. Always stop the
engine before refueling. Fill the fuel tank outdoors.
Fire Extinguisher
FIG. 9: Make sure that a fire extinguisher is available. Be
familiar with the operation of the fire extinguisher. Inspect
the fire extinguisher and service the fire extinguisher
regularly. Obey the recommendations on the instruction
plate.
A mounting bracket can be installed on the right front
frame rail.
The bracket is designed to hold a 4.5 kg (10 lb)
extinguisher.
Do not weld a bracket on the ROPS to install the fire
extinguisher.
Also, do not drill holes in the ROPS to mount the fire
extinguisher on the ROPS.
Make sure that all clamps, guards, and heat shields are
installed correctly.
During tractor operation, this will help to prevent vibration,
rubbing against other parts, and excessive heat.
