Transferring Calls
To transfer a call:
During a call, press the Transfer button.
This will place the original call on hold.
Dial the number.
To perform a blind transfer: when the phone rings, press the Transfer button or the Transfer softkey for a
second time and hang up.
To perform a consult transfer: wait for the transfer recipient to answer. Announce the call.
If it is accepted press the Transfer button for a second time, or the Transfer softkey, and hang up.
If it is declined press the End Call softkey and then the Resume softkey to return to the original call.
Redial
To redial the last number dialed:
Lift the handset and press the Redial softkey.
Or press Redial when the handset is down to activate the speakerphone.
Forwarding All Calls
You can forward all incoming calls to another phone or to your voicemail.
Please note: You can forward calls to internal and local numbers only.
To forward your calls:
Press the Fwd All softkey.
Dial the number to which you want to forward your calls using the keypad. Enter the number exactly as you
would normally dial it.
Alternatively, you can forward your calls to voicemail by pressing the Messages button.
You will see a visual confirmation.
To cancel the forwarding of your calls, press the Fwd OFF softkey.
