Caveats in Cisco IOS XE 3.10S Releases
Symptom: Although a QoS policy is configured, PTP packets are treated as default packets.
Conditions: This issue is observed when the CPU-generated PTP packets do not reach egress QoS
with high a priority label (15 or 126).
Workaround: There is no workaround.

Conditions: Issue occurs during SNMP walk of ASR903.
