The following tables display the content formats of alert group messages:
• Table 4 describes the content fields of a short text message.
• Table 5 describes the content fields that are common to all long text and XML messages. The fields
specific to a particular alert group mess
age are inserted at a point between the common fields. The
insertion point is identified in the table.
• Table 6 describes the inserted content fields for reactive messages (system failures that require a
TAC case) and proactive messages (issues that might re
sult in degraded system performance).
• Table 7 describes the inserted content fields for an inventory message.
