Attaching the Mulching Baffle
Yourmowerisshippedfor sidedischargeoperation.Toconvertmower
tothemulchingoperation,followthesequenceindicatedhere:
1. Liftup andholdthe sidedischargecoverand insertthe bottomlip
ofthemulchingbaffleinsidethe chuteopeningSeeFigure6.
2. Snapthe hooksof the mulchingbaffleoverthe hingepinofthe
dischargecover.Thehooksmustsnap intoplaceonthe hinge
pin,lockingthe mulchingbafflefirmlyonto the mower.Release
thedischargecover.
ADJUSTMENTS
Cutting Height
Eachwheelhasa heightadjustmentleverto changethe cuttingheight
ofthemower.Referto Figure7.
1. Depressheightadjustmentlevertowardswheel.
2. Slideleverto desiredpositionforachangein cuttingheight.
3. Releaselevertowardsdeck.

roughor unevenlawns,moveeachheightadjustmentlevertoa higher
position.Thiswillpreventyoufromcuttingthegrasstoocloseto the
ground.
