Forenginesstoredover30days:
1. Topreventgumfromforminginfuelsystemoron carburetor
parts,runengineuntilitstopsfromlackof fuel oradda gasoline
additiveto thegas in thetank.If youuseagas additive,runthe
engineforseveralminutesto circulatethe additivethroughthe
carburetor--afterwhichtheengineandfuelcanbe storedupto
24months.
2. Whileengineisstillwarm,changethe oil.
3. Cleanengineofsurfacedebris.

• Cleanandlubricatemowerthoroughlyas describedinthe lubrica-
tioninstructions.
• Donotusea pressurewasheror gardenhosetocleanyour unit.
• Coatmower'scuttingbladewithchassisgreaseto prevent
rusting.
• Referto PREPARINGTHE ENGINEforcorrectenginestorage
instructions.
• Storemowerin a dry,cleanarea. Do notstorenexttocorrosive
materials,suchasfertilizer.
Whenstoringany typeof powerequipmentina poorlyventilatedor
metalstorageshed,careshouldbetakentorust-prooftheequipment.
Usinga lightoil orsilicone,coatthe equipment,especiallycablesand
all movingpartsof yourlawnmowerbeforestorage.
