Theframeandfrontaxle willbe repairedfreeofchargeforfiveyearsfromthedateofpurchaseif defectiveinmaterialor workmanship.
Alloftheabovewarrantycoverageappliesforonly90 daysfromthedateof purchaseifthis ridingequipmentiseverusedfor commercialor
rentalpurposes.
Inallcases,if repairprovesimpossible,theridingequipmentwillbe replacedfree ofchargewiththesameoran equivalentmodel.

capabilityof the ridingequipment,impactingobjectsthatbendtheframeorcrankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine.
Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbutnot limitedto,electricalandmechanicaldamagecaused
byimproperstorage,failureto use the propergradeandamountofengineoil, failureto keepthe deckclear offlammable
debris,orfailureto maintainthe ridingequipmentaccordingtothe instructionscontainedinthe operator'smanual.
Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfueldeterminedto becontaminatedoroxidized(stale).In general,fuel
shouldbeusedwithin30daysof itspurchasedate.
Normaldeteriorationandwearof theexteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
