workmanship.A newbatterywill besuppliedfreeof charge.Youareresponsibleforthe laborcostof batteryinstallation.

FORASLONGASIT ISUSEDbytheoriginalownerafterthetenthyearfromthedateof purchase,thecastironfrontaxle(ifequipped)ofthisriding
equipmentiswarrantedagainstanydefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.Withproofofpurchase,a newcastironfrontaxlewillbesuppliedfreeofcharge.

Allofthe abovewarrantycoverageis void ifthisridingequipmentis everusedwhileprovidingcommercialservicesor if rentedto anotherperson.
ThiswarrantycoversONLYdefectsin materialandworkmanship.Warrantycoveragedoes NOTinclude:
• Expendableparts(exceptbattery)thatcanwearout fromnormalusewithinthe warrantyperiod,includingbutnotlimitedto blades,spark
plugs,air cleaners,belts,andoil filters.
Standardmaintenanceservicing,oilchanges,or tune-ups.
Tirereplacementor repaircausedbypuncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchas nails,thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Tireor wheelreplacementor repairresultingfromnormalwear,accident,orimproperoperationor maintenance.
Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbutnot limitedto damagecausedby towingobjectsbeyondthecapabilityofthe
ridingequipment,impactingobjectsthatbendtheframe,axle assemblyorcrankshaft,or over-speedingtheengine.
Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbutnot limitedto,electricalandmechanicaldamagecausedbyimproper
storage,failureto usethe propergradeandamountof engineoil,failuretokeepthe deckclearofflammabledebris,orfailuretomaintainthe
ridingequipmentaccordingto the instructionscontainedin theoperator'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfueldeterminedto becontaminatedoroxidized(stale).Ingeneral,fuelshouldbeused
within30 daysof itspurchasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearoftheexteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyoumayalso haveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
