A.4 Notes on Utilizing USB Communication
Suggested to use USB communication in the following occasions: PLC program upload /
download, PLC parameters monitoring, and firmware upgrade.
Suggested NOT to use USB communication for applications that require long time
communication and without any connection drop.
When experiencing connection lost, you can unplug the USB cable and then plug it back in
and try the communication again.
For the first time USB communication user, you need to install the USB driver for the DVP
Series PLC CPU.
If the communication is still not working after unplugging and plugging, you need to open
the Devices (Windows settings -> Devices) to see if the USB driver is still valid. The USB
driver may be lost due to Windows updates. If your USB driver is invalid, install the USB
driver again.
