Change Engine Oil and Filter
Change engine oil and filter every 500 hours.
Change more frequently if working in dusty
conditions.
To change:
1. Drain crankcase (3) while oil is warm.
2. Replace filter (4) each time oil is changed.
3. Refill with DEO and fill neck (2). Capacity is
16 qt (15.1 L).
Change Hydraulic Fluid and Filter
Change hydraulic fluid and filter every 500 hours.
Change every 250 hours if jobsite temperature
exceeds 100°F (38°C) more than 50% of the time.
To change:
1. Remove drain plug (2).
2. Drain fluid and replace plug.
3. Change filter (3).
4. Refill with THF at fill (1). Hydraulic reservoir
capacity is 12 gal (45.4 L). Hydraulic system
capacity is 20 gal (75.7 L).
