6 Maintenance
Dräger recommends that the device be verified for accuracy every
12 months. Calibration and maintenance should only be carried out by
authorized persons, e.g., DrägerService.
The last 30 days before next adjustment/service is needed, a day
count down will be shown as information in the display after switching
on the device. Confirm this information with the button. After the
adjustment /service date has passed, the device counts up how many
days it is over requested adjustment/service. This information has to
be confirmed by pressing the button as well.
Have the device re-calibrated with an adjustment/service, if an
accuracy check does not produce a result per NHTSA‘s EBT Model
Specifications. Adjustment/service should only be carried out by
authorized persons, e.g. DrägerService.
