TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE
CHECK
Not working
Check that the power adapter is connected and is
the correct rating.
Ensure the front panel is correctly fitted and that the
peg on the rear of the panel is undamaged.
Abnormal Smells
Check if the filter is clean.
Replace the filter.
Pollutants not removed and
loud noise when running
Check if the filter is clean.
Replace the filter
Abnormally high Air Quality
(PM2.5) reading for
prolonged period.
Clean the sensor
Auto and Timer Buttons
flashing and unit bleeping
Replace the filter and reset the appliance following
the care and maintenance section.

DISPOSAL
Disposal: Do not dispose this product as unsorted waste. Collection of such waste
must be handled separately as special treatment is necessary.
Recycling facilities are now available for all customers at which you can
deposit your old electrical products. Customers will be able to take any
old electrical equipment to participating sites run by their local councils.
Please remember that this equipment will be further handled during the
recycling process, so please be considerate when depositing your
equipment. Please contact the local council for details of your local
household waste recycling centres.
