6.2 Pyrolysis

P1: Heating time 150 min = pyrolysis 1

Door locks at 312 °C, after 11 min
Door unlocks at 204 °C, after 120 min (P2) or 180 min (P1)
The cooling fan is operated at high speed until the time of unlocking then at a lower speed.
It switches off at approx. 130 °C residual heat in the muffle.
6.2.1 Pyrolytic cleaning
Important. Prior to carry out the pyrolysis process,
remove all components and the grease filter from the
baking oven.
“tEL” appears if the grates are still suspended.
1. Switch on appliance at the main key.
2. Select additional function PYROLYSIS.
The temperature display shows: P1, the time
display: 3.15
CONTINUOUS flashes for approx. 5 seconds. Then
the time display shows the time of the day.
Executing shortened pyrolysis
Proceed as described in ”executing pyrolysis”.
As long as DURATION flashes, press the time
selection key.
The temperature display indicates:
P2, the time display : 2.15.
Afterwards the daytime is indicated in the time
display.
