Publishing Discs
External Output Mode
The External Output Mode allows you to use the product in the following ways according to the application. Since
discs are output to Stacker 4 in either case, you can easily take out published discs without pausing a job during
publishing.
• Loading a different type of disc into each stacker
If, for example, CD-Rs are loaded in Stacker 1 and DVD-Rs are loaded in Stacker 2, a user can just select a stacker as
necessary to publish the required discs without having to change the discs.
• Continuous publishing of the same type of disc
If the same type of disc is loaded in both Stacker 1 and Stacker 2 and the input stacker setting is set to Auto, taking out
published discs during publishing enables the continuous publishing of up to 100 discs.
