3. INSTALLATION
- In the passage, the guide wire must therefore
be placed so that the mower has as much space
to run in as possible. The distance between the
boundary wire and the guide wire must however
be at least 30 cm.
If the guide wire has to be installed on a steep slope,
it is an advantage to lay the wire at an angle to the
slope. This makes it easier for the mower to follow
the guide wire on the slope.
Avoid laying the wire at sharp angles. This can make
it difficult for the mower to follow the guide wire.
4. Run the guide wire up to the point on the
boundary wire where a loop to facilitate the
connection of the guide wire was previously
added.
5. Cut the loop on the boundary wire using for
instance a pair of wire cutters.
