Surface Cookware Tips
Use medium- c,r hea;T-weight coc,kware.
_duminum cookware conducts heat tipster
than other metals. Cast-iron and coated

medium heat settings. Steel pans may
cook unevenly if not combined with
other metals.
For best cooking results, pans should be
