6.1 Troubleshooting
Systemfault
Error message Meanings Suggestion
No AC Connection No utility grid connec-
ted or the utility grid is
abnormal.
1. Check AC wiring, especially the grounding wire.
2. Check utility status (Voltage and frequency).
3. Contact RADIUS Solar Service.
AC V Outrange Grid voltage out of
range
Check grid voltage
AC F Outrange Grid frequency out of
range
Check grid frequency. Update firmware if the version is lower than G.1.3.
PV Isolation Low Insulation problem.
Insulation impedance
between PV+ (PV-)
and ground too low.
1. Check that the panel casing has been grounded properly.
2. Check that the inverter has been grounded properly.
3. Check the impedance between PV (+) & PV (-) and ground (must be greater than
8 MΩ).
Residual I High GFCI Fault This may be due to a damaged GFCI module or incorrect processor calculation.
Replace the inverter to see whether the new one displays the same message.
Output High DCI Output DC offset too
high
Unplug the inputs from the PV generator and check the peripheral AC system.
PV Voltage High PV panel voltage too
high
Check the PV open circuit voltage to see whether this exceeds the inverter’s maxi-
mum input voltage.
Auto Test Failed Auto test not passed Check grid voltage and frequency.
Note !  Tip: Try again using an APV Home inverter to see whether it is the inverter or the peripheral devices that are causing the system
fault.

Usually caused by the control board.

Error 101 Communication fault.
Secondary processor
can’t receive data from
primary processor
The secondary processor is unable to receive data from the primary processor. Re-
start the inverter to see whether the error occurs immediately or after a few minutes.

Error 102 Consistency error.
The 2 processors (in
control board) have
generated different
calculation results.
The 2 processors (in the control board) have generated different calculation results.
Disconnect PV (+) or PV (-) from the input to restart the PV-Inverter. Check whether
the problem occurs immediately at startup or upon connection to the grid, or several
minutes after connecting to the grid.
Contact RADIUS Solar Service.
Error 116 EEPROM fault There is some problem with the EEPROM.
Contact RADIUS Solar Service.
Error 117 Relay fault There is a problem with the control board or with the relay in the main board.
Error 118 Initialization model
fault
Inverter model error or inverter model not set.
Contact RADIUS Solar Service.
Error 119 GFCI module damage Return the inverter to be repaired.
Error 120 Output current sensor
fault.
Current sensing device fault. This may concern the main board or the control board.
Error 121 Internal communica-
tion fault.
Primary processor
can’t receive data from
secondary processor.
The primary processor is unable to receive data from the secondary processor.
Restart the inverter to see whether the error occurs immediately or after a few
minutes.

Error 122 Bus voltage too high There is a problem with the control board or main board.
