Phenomenon Analysis
When turning on or turning off the
unit, there is cracking noise
Air conditioner can’t operate
Cooling (heating) effect is not good
Water leakage of indoor unit
The indoor unit emits cacophonies
●This is the sound of friction caused
by expansion and/or contraction of
panel or other parts due to the
change of temperature.
● Power failure?
● Is plug loose?
● Does circuit protection device trip
off?
● Is voltage too high or too low?
(Measured by a professional)
● Timer function is used properly?
● Set temperature is in proper range?
● Air inlet and air outlet of outdoor unit
is blocked?
● Filter is dirty?
● Door and window are open?
● Fan speed is low speed?
● Is there other heat resource in the
room?
● Environment humidity is relatively
high.
● Condensation water overflows.
● The joint of indoor drainage pipe is
loose.
●
Switching (connection/disconnection)
sounds of fan or compressor relay.
● When the unit is in defrosting or
stops operation, it will give out such
sounds. It is caused when the refri-
gerant inside the unit flows to the
opposite direction.
