AUTO DOOR COMPARTMENT

Touch and hold the button for three seconds or more to enable or disable the Auto Door function.
Each time you touch the button, the corresponding indicator lamp changes in the order shown below:
The compartment opens and LED lamp is illuminated
by pressing the auto door switch with your hand.

Hold the handle to close the compartment.
(Closing of the compartment is not electrically operated.)
How to enable/disable the Auto Door function
Opening and closing the Auto Door compartment
● Change the setting of the AUTO DOOR function after closing all doors.
● Open it manually with the handle when the AUTO DOOR function has been stopped.
● You cannot individually stop the function of each AUTO DOOR Compartment.
● The indicator lamp will turn off about 2 minutes after auto door operation nishes to save electricity, while FREEZER,
REFRIGERATOR, ENERGY SAVING, QUICK, WATER and ["eco" operation indicator lamp] remain on.

● To con rm the setting, touch any button or open a refrigerator door. The indicator lamp is lit again.

● The AUTO DOOR function is enabled when shipped.
● Lower freezer and vegetable compartment
cannot be electrically opened at the same time.
Whichever the auto door compartments switch is
pressed rst only opens.
● When one of the lower freezer and vegetable
compartment is open, the auto door function does
not work.
Press the auto door switch after closing the open
compartment.
● A sound is heard when you press the auto door
switch. This is not abnormal.
● Opening/closing of the auto door compartment may
not be smooth in case of power failure.

● Stop the auto door function if there is a chance that small
children play with the auto door compartment.
● Do not hold the top, bottom or side face of the door to
close it. This can cause pinching of ngers, which could
result in injury.
● Do not bring your foot too near the refrigerator when
you press the auto door switch of the vegetable
compartment. You may knock your foot against the door
and may cause injury.
● Operate the auto door switch with your hand.
● Make sure to disconnect the power plug from the power
outlet before starting maintenance of the auto door
compartment.
