When the refrigerator is operated in a manner to reduce power consumption, such as Frost Recycle Cooling,
the indicator lamp is automatically lit to indicate that the refrigerator is operating in the energy saving mode.
When a door remains open for 30 seconds or more, alarm sounds as shown below and characters on the Control Panel are blinking to indicate that the door is open with sound and light.
The Door Alarm can be stopped.

・ Immediately after installation, when a lot of food is stored at a time, or when you open or close a door frequently, the
compressor operates at a high speed and this indicator lamp is not lit. → Open/close the door quickly or minimize
the number of opening/closing the door.

When the refrigerator is operated with

K enabled, → It will be illuminated after
the quick cooling functions nish and the operation of the refrigerator gets stable.
● When connecting/disconnecting the power plug or after recovering from electric power failure, it will return to the setting

● When the Door Alarm is disabled, characters on the Control Panel no longer blink and operation sound is no longer made, but alarm
indicating cleaning of the ice-making tray does sound.
● The Door Alarm is enabled when shipped.
● When connecting/disconnecting the power plug or after recovering from electric power failure, it will return to the setting where the
Door Alarm sounds.
※ From 30 seconds onwards, the Door Alarm sounds
only when the energy saving mode is set.
The Refrigerator Compartment, Ice Compartment,
Lower Freezer and Vegetable Compartment have the
Door Alarm function (but the Upper Freezer doesnt).

Electric pulling-out operation will not be stopped even if the Lock function on the panel for operation is set as On.
To disable the AUTO DOOR function, unlock the Control Panel and then press and hold the button for three
