is equipped to manage any sales,
servicing, parts or technical query.
In the instance that you wish to
escalate a query to a higher level of
staff, further options are available to
you.
As a rst step, Holden suggests
you discuss any concern with the
relevant Department Manager (Sales
Manager or Service Manager).
Alternatively, the Dealership General
Manager or Dealer Principal will also
be happy to assist you.
