Gently wash the element in clean, non-
flammable (high flash point) solvent
such as kerosene not gasoline. After
cleaning, gently squeeze out the
remaining solvent.
Avoid twisting or wringing the element.
This can tear the foam.
Remove the element holder (3) and
element (4).
Remove the left side cover (page 82).
Loosen the air cleaner duct band screw
(1), and remove the air cleaner duct (2).
