GENERAL
The cllgJnc must be removed from the !rllme when removing ;Jnd imtalling the oil pump
Use when removing and installing the oil pump not to allow dUST and dirt to entar the engine and oil line.
Do not attempt 10 disassemble the oil pump.
Bleed air from the oil pump if ,here is air in the oil inlet line (from lhe oil tank to the oil pump) or il the oil line is discon-
nected (Page 2·7) .
Bleed air from Inc oil outlet lir\e (from the oil pump to the carburetor) if the line is disconnecTed (Page 2·7l.
