3.1 Basic safety rules
These rules are intended for any individuals handling the device.
These rules are designed to make sure that any individuals handling the device
obtain detailed information about the dangers and safety procedures and ob-
serve the safety notices contained in the user manual and on the device. If you do
not follow these rules, there is a risk of injury including death and material dam-
ages.
