Removal and Replacement Procedures
6.18 Top Cover
1. Prepare the notebook for disassembly (Section 6.3) and then
remove the following components:
a. Optical drive (Section 6.8)
b. Switch cover (Section 6.9)
c. Fan (Section 6.12)
d. Keyboard (Section 6.11)
e. Button board (Section 6.15)
f. Display assembly (Section 6.17)
2. Turn the notebook upside down with the front toward you.
