Quality (UB)
This field specifies the quality of the font.
Placement (SB)
Placement specifies the position of character patterns relative to the
baseline.
Bitmap Font - The placement values for bitmap fonts are listed in the
following table.
Scalable Font - Set the Placement field to zero.
