Manage Your Screen Time
Wish to balance your digital life and focus on more tangible things in life? Follow the steps below to
manage your screen time.
Open Settings, touch Digital balance, and enable Screen time management. Then select This
is my tablet under Set user. Touch Done to start managing your screen time.
Once Screen time management is enabled, you can:
l Set up the screen time: Touch Screen time, and set the app usage limits for Work days or Rest
days. To check the available time, swipe down the notication panel.
l Set up app usage restrictions: Touch App limits, select an app you want to restrict, and then
enable Always allowed, or enable Limit use to set a time limit.
l Set up bedtime: Touch Bedtime, enable Bedtime, then set Start time and End time. The screen
turns grey during bedtime.
